Location and breakfast
Had a good new year's stay. Location was key, close to transportation and easy access to attractions nearby. Breakfast was also satisfying with a variety of food available. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was cramped and had limited space to move around. the location was quite noisy due to nearby traffic and loud neighbors.

Convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and nearby restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast which offered a good selection of Japanese cuisine. the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom was small with limited space to move around. There was no coffee or tea provided in the room and the noise from the nearby train crossing was noticeable at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Matsuyama station, making it easy to access. It is also within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Takashimaya department store and the city's bright view. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Matsuyama. The location was very convenient as it was close to the main train station and within walking distance to the castle. We were able to explore the city easily on foot, including Dogo Park and Dogo Onsen. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious Japanese food options, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making our check-in experience pleasant.
